• Please allow 7 BUSINESS DAYS for us to craft your selection PLUS either 2 - 3 days through 11 days for shipping - depending on where the goods are assigned to and the courier service chosen.

• IF YOUR ORDER EXCEEDS US$195.00 RETAIL VALUE, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO FREE SHIPPING NO MATTER WHERE IN THE WORLD THE DELIVERY IS TO BE MADE!  FREE SHIPPING TAKES APPROXIMATELY 11 DAYS.  IF YOU REQUIRE THE EXPRESS SERVICE, YOU PAY THE COST.

• We do NOT charge a handling fee - stated shipping charges are what we expect to be billed for by the shipping/postal contractor.

• We use postal services who have an excellent global reputation offering reliable services at competitive world rates.  A variety of services are used - from Express Courier International (trackable... 8 scans... 2 to 3 days from our facility to the most distant global address) to Registered or Insured Air Parcel Post (6 to 11 days delivery time, door-to-door).
