Clearly, jewelry that's subject to faulty manufacture will qualify for a swift refund or exchange - provided it has not been exposed to abnormally rough treatment by the purchaser.

Please purchase your jewelry with care and confidence - knowing that Nature's Gift Jewelry offers you 30 days from receipt of order, to notify the Company of an item that fairly fails to meet expectation. You are required to notify us by email sales@naturesgiftjewelry.com stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will immediately review your submission and in turn determine a fair outcome.

Jewelry to be returned, should be wrapped as soundly as it was received and immediately dispatched by registered mail (at the cost of the sender - prepaid) to the contact address - refer CONTACT US. An email message from Nature's Gift Jewelry will clearly state the procedure.

Insured or Registered delivery is advisable as we do not accept liability for any goods not received or signed for - any other method is at your own risk.

Please include your original invoice, name, address and order number.

A return will be refunded in the same way as the original payment. For example: if a credit card was used for payment, a refund will be made to the same credit card. We will need to ask for your credit card details in order to process a refund, since we do not retain this information.

A refund for the value of an exchange, will be limited to the actual cost of the product purchase - not include shipping costs as outlined above.

Colors and size of semi-precious stones, pearls and other components do vary - we make every effort to replicate the image of your selection.
